Read it, use it, put it to work. If within 7 days you genuinely feel it wasn't worth it, email me at scott@builttoascend.co with your order and I'll refund you. No hoops, no interrogation. I'd rather you keep your money than feel short-changed.

The Inner Circle (£50/mo)

No lock-in. Cancel any time and you won't be billed again — you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Monthly payments already taken aren't refunded, because you had the access.

Done-For-You builds & site care

Because a build is real work made specifically for you, the £997 build fee isn't refundable once work has started. Before that, if we agree it's not a fit, you get a full refund. The £250/mo site care can be cancelled any time (after the initial 3-month term) — you keep your site.

Coaching

Coaching is by application so we only start if we're a genuine fit. Specific terms are agreed with you before you pay.

How to ask

One email to scott@builttoascend.co with your order details. I handle refunds personally, usually within a couple of days. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law always apply on top of this.
