No. Fitness is the entry point — getting your body and energy back is step one. But the goal is bigger: rebuild your mind and build a way out of a life that's grinding you down. Body, mind, and a business/income — the whole thing.

I'm knackered and have no time. Will this work?+

It's built for exactly that. I'm not a fresh 22-year-old influencer — I'm a worn-out grafter rebuilding in real time, around real life. Everything here is designed for tired men with jobs, not for people who live in a gym.

Do you coach in person or online?+

Both. Local clients can work with me in person; everyone else, online. The coaching is the same either way — body, mind and building your way out.

Are you qualified?+

Yes — a qualified personal trainer and a martial arts black belt. But more than the badges: I've lived the grind and I'm walking the path out of it right now, out loud.
