Exercise is the non-negotiable. Not a hobby. Not something you fit in when you have time. It's the thing that makes everything else function — energy, clarity, resilience, mood. It goes first.

Clean

Cut the poison. Processed food, cheap oils, alcohol, things that drain you — out. More raw food, real food, things that actually fuel the body. The goal isn't someone else's diet. It's knowing your own.

Recover

Sleep is where the gains are made. Stress without recovery is just damage. The system breaks down without rest built in intentionally — not the scraps that are left after everything else.

Know Yourself

Everyone is different. What works for someone else may wreck you. The real goal is self-knowledge — understanding what your body actually needs, responds to and thrives on. That's the work.
