I've read enough productivity books to fill a van. I've tried the morning routine stacks, the habit-tracking apps, the accountability groups. What I've learned is this: most people have too many habits and not enough non-negotiables.
A non-negotiable is different from a habit. A habit is something you try to do most days. A non-negotiable is something that doesn't move — not when you're tired, not when you're travelling, not when life gets messy. It happens because you've decided it happens, and that decision was made once, not every morning.
